1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tbaji website located at tbaji.lat, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and other features offered through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services in any way — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use tbaji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tbaji strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and may request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting as an agent, employee or representative of another person when registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tbaji is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of tbaji, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or have had an account closed by tbaji for any breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full Services, you must create a registered account with tbaji. You may hold only one account. If tbaji discovers that you hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time SMS verification codes — strictly confidential. Never share your credentials with any third party.
• Notify tbaji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. tbaji will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification requested by tbaji. Failure to complete KYC may result in the suspension of deposits, withdrawals or both until verification is completed.

tbaji reserves the right to close any account that was created using false or misleading information, to reverse any transactions made on such an account, and to withhold any funds associated with it pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tbaji supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such deposits will be returned and the associated account investigated.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. tbaji reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within a few minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume.
• Any winnings derived from a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal of those winnings can be requested. Bonus terms specify the rollover multiplier and eligible games.

tbaji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout the Platform. tbaji is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tbaji offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Any unused bonus amounts or unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited at the expiry of the applicable bonus period.
• tbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Responsible Gaming

tbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of people gambling can become problematic, and we provide tools to help players maintain control. These tools include the ability to set deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion periods. Players who feel they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. tbaji strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player who provides false information about their age will have their account closed immediately and any associated winnings forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites. Gambling is not a guaranteed source of income. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbaji Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended or closed, any winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, a legal entity, or as a collective or syndicate.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, data scraper or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market offered by tbaji.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise exploit the Platform's software, security measures, RNG systems or payment infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tbaji Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and trademarks — is the exclusive property of tbaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tbaji.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbaji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if tbaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tbaji makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tbaji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tbaji account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

tbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited activities.
• tbaji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have requested account closure for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion. In this case, tbaji will close the account promptly and return any remaining real-money balance after deducting any applicable bonus funds.
• tbaji is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tbaji collects and processes personal data about you in connection with your use of the Platform. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, and your rights in respect of your data are described in full in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

tbaji reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tbaji will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered email address or mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect and may request account closure by contacting tbaji support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tbaji is incorporated.
